Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your account within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or a replacement based on your preference. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed through cash.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item within the allowed return period and place a new order for the desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds
